How long does an EICR take?
Usually three to four hours for a typical house, depending on the number of circuits.
What do C1, C2 and C3 mean?
C1 is danger present, C2 is potentially dangerous, and C3 is improvement recommended. C1 and C2 items must be fixed for a satisfactory report.
Can you do the gas check on the same day?
Yes. We can book your CP12 and EICR together to save your tenants two separate visits.
