Landlord gas safety certificate (CP12) you can rely on
Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, landlords must have every gas appliance, fitting and flue in a rented property checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer every 12 months.
We make it easy: tell us the address and tenant contact details, and we’ll arrange a time, complete the check, and send you the gas safety record. We can send reminders before the next one is due, too.

How long does a gas safety check take?
Around 30 to 60 minutes for a typical property, depending on the number of appliances.
What happens if an appliance fails?
We’ll explain the problem and give you a quote to fix it. Dangerous appliances are made safe and must not be used until repaired.
Can you do the boiler service at the same time?
Yes, and it’s a good idea — one visit covers both and saves your tenant a second appointment.
